UDJ’s parliament representatives at emergency meeting

30 opposition MPs, led by Temesgen Zewde, are in an emergency meeting in the TPLF controlled parliament today, EMF sources said. The meeting was called by speaker of the house Teshome Toga. These MPs were representatives of the former CUDP. According to sources, the aim of calling these UDJ representatives is to force them take position against UDJ’s chairperson who is sent to jail to serve life imprisonment. In related news, all council members of UDJ are under 24 hours surveillance by Zenawi’s security agents.
