The 3rd annual Ethiopian day proclaimed in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA (5 Sept ’09) For the 3rd time, Ethiopians will celebrate the Ethiopian New Year by holding R&B and Blues, African Dance, Ethiopian Music and Eskista to make possible the cultural awareness and promotion of the community, DeKalb County Government CEO, Burrell Ellis declared.

Andromeda INC. the main organizer of the event told EMF that DeKalb County is the largest concentration of different nations in Atlanta, and Ethiopians celebrate their New Year in the area to create awareness of the diversity of culture.

The DeKalb county Government CEO, Burrell Ellis also declared the Ethiopian Day to be celebrated on September 13, 2009. Read the proclamation of 3rd Annual Ethiopian Day.
