The Ella Fitzgerald Stage in Geneva will have a strong focus world. Over the fourteen free concerts, the audience will have the unique opportunity to discover famous artists and confirmed in their home country or on the international stage, but still little known in Geneva earth.
Thus, the stage will host the prestigious Teddy Afro, star of Ethiopian pop on 22 July. “Music In Summer,” the musical event of the summer season will take place from 28 June to 19 August 2015. Organized annually by the City of Geneva, the event offers a rich and promising program that oscillates between established artists and young talents to discover.
This summer, music lovers can enjoy no less than 38 evenings open air concerts, in the courtyard of the City Hall and the Ella Fitzgerald Stage at the Parc La Grange, blending classical and jazz repertoires, through the colorful music and chamber opera, all for free or at reasonable prices.

This musical world tour in July will continue with best artists: From Morocco Aziz Sahmaoui & University Of Gnawa From Northern America, with trash folk Quebec singer Lisa LeBlanc Blues giant Alvin ‘Youngblood’ Hart’s Muscle Theory and soul of Curtis Harding.
This will be supplemented by musical kaleidoscope getaways From Portugal – António Zambujo (fado) From Turkey – Gaye Su Akyol (psychedelic folk) From Algeria – Cheb Lakhdar & Mazalda for rai evening – and From Jamaica a reggae party conducted by I Kong & Alpheus feat. Najavibes. ……and the season will finish in style on August 19 with Marcelo D2, giant Brazilian hip hop scene.
