Alert from Addis Ababa – TPLF is committing the highest form of genocide, in a broad day light

TPLF’s agazi ‘ kills Ethiopians, inc. kids in indiscriminate shooting

The Tigray People’s Liberation Front (TPLF) minority brutal regime has officially declared war on the people of Amhara and Oromia. The statement that declared war on the innocent civilians underlies that the entire State of Amhara and Oromia are “out of control” of the “government,” a provocative statement that puts a pretentious reason to massacre the people. It is to be recalled that TPLF, in its 1975 political program, documented that the Amhara are “historic enemy of the people of Tigray” that they should be wiped out of the face of the earth.

Ever since, TPLF, both as a guerrilla fighter and as a ruling junta of Ethiopia, committed heinous crimes against the people of Amhara and Oromia, the harshest one being genocide that even the parliament admitted about 2.5 million Amhara have disappeared in the 2007 census. The racist and fascist policy of TPLF discriminated, harassed, torched, arrested in mass, and displaced Amhara for such a long time. And this time this criminal junta seemed to have got a great opportunity to kill as much Amhara as it can as the Amhara are found to be demonstrating against brutality and genocide, not mentioning an all embracing suffering in all walks of life.

In order to facilitate the massacre, TPLF has recently deployed its Agazi Commando (known as the most butcher unit of the entire armed force), the regional special forces, the national army, the regional police, and the federal police to Amhara  and Oromia region.

bdrEyewitnesses say that it seemed that in some towns and cities the number of the military is close to proportion to the residents. Internet is shut down in most places of the State of Amhara and Oromia. Telecommunications systems are blocked as well. The ruling junta shut down internet and telecommunications in order to hide the killings from the sight of the international community and Ethiopians abroad. It is also targeting to disrupt communications through social media.

We are, therefore, telling the world that TPLF is committing crimes against humanity of the highest form, genocide, in a broad day light.

Your attention is greatly appreciated.

The Tigray People`s Liberation Front has clearly stated in its manifesto (political program) that the Amharas are the main enemies of the people of Tigray. The TPLF used its hate and fascist politics to mobilize and fight the military government of colonel Mengistu Haile Mariam. The TPLF also served as the appendage for the Eritrean war of secession and sacrificed the lives of tens of thousans of Tigryan youth in Eritrea. Many still are stunned by or wonder why the anti-Amhara issue or propaganda of the TPLF has been the driving force to mobilize and rally the people of Tigray behind it. This hateful and racist politics of the TPLF is short sighted and is back firing. The Amharas are also mobilizing to counter the genocidal agression of the TPLF and defend themselves. The Amharas have obvious strategic and military advantage over the Tigrayans of the TPLF. Their geographical, numerical advantages and combat superiority will enable them to rout out the forces of TPLF. The TPLF is very vurnable in its current stand off and war with the Amharas because it can no longer rely on the Oromos as allies. The fear the rise of the Amharas instills in the rank and file of the Tigrayan TPLF forces is the other determining factor that will lead to the Amhara and Ethiopian victory.

The Ethiopian government stared Genocide against the innocent people of Amhara & Oromo we demand the international community take a good decision before too late. We deserve decent and honorable leaders who represent who we are. The few elites at the top of TPLF are the worst of us. The message of the people is very clear and loud please those innocent people help them before we lose our kids, brother and sisters.

It is simple propaganda. I do not rate the article as insightful. It just appeals to our emotion, not to our reasoning. True, in EPDRF, TPLF has the lion share of power. The leaders of the three other parties which constitute EPDRF are not free in real sense. They have to weigh in how their stand in important issue is perceived by TPLF elites. But they chose to be subservient. No body forced them. They could walk away. If there is a massacre going on right now, they share the blame along with TPLF leaders. Singling out the TPLF leaders while ignoring the rest is cheap propaganda. The Prime minister is not TPLF member, but he proudly said he ordered the military to silence opposition. Yes, he might say what the TPLF politicians want him to say. But he is a free man. He can walk away, and return to university teaching which he is proficient about. No body put a gun on his head and told him to be prime minister. Some politicians and their supporters might do some math in calculating Ethiopian politics. They might believe TPLF is a minority that could become powerless if the majority of the other ethnic groups band together. That is not only an opportunist politics, but also unworkable. Ethiopia cannot survive as a country if any ethnic group is singled out as an enemy, pure and simple.

May God give the right leader, not the right tribe for Ethiopia…it is really savage and animalism to hear such thing in this century, we need to ask ourselves for how long we spend our time by saying Amahra ,Oromo , tigray or other tribes?
It is the leader not the tigray people who are bad …they are ethiopian…and they are our brother …but the leaders should be changed with a new generation ,they are outdated and expired.
They can not function any more for the new generation…who is reasonable, logical, and belives in tomorrow not yeterday . Leaders in Ethiopia ,please change your atitude, for how long you want be greed? Are you really thinking for the people of Ethiopia? Or for your individual soul?
Let’s love and consider each other so ትhat we can solve our challenge…
God bless Ethiopia, God bless you all!

This is a century old animosity the Woyanes (TPLF) have had in their heart over the rest of the Ethiopian people in general and the Amharas in particular now revealing itself in its worst form, mass killing and genocide in broad sunlight using sophisticated weapons bought with the money collected from all taxpayer Ethiopians.
The international community will not give us the solution; the solution will have to come from ourselves; we must stand together more than ever beshall use the power and legitimacy they have now to get rid of these killers. How long can we let them kill us?
If our military forces are truly Ethiopians, that are not just mere machinery of TPLF, they must stop executing the orders of the Woyanes, rather they must stop killing Ethiopians and stand beside their fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters and prove they are true Ethiopians today. They must respond to the call of Colonel Alebel Amare, turning the muzzles of their guns towards the Woyanes and their followers.

TPLF may kill thousands of us:Oromo & Amhara people but they don’t stop us to struggle against them to the end. They are not competent enough to lead us. If they think their old way of governing us is their only solution, we don’t allow them to impose it on us any more . From all this killing on, our land will not be your and your children’s land. Stop thinking all Ethiopia is your land. You defeated a corrupted group:Dereg,is not meant you defeated the Oromo & Amhara people. If you are scarified during the war with Dereg is to take our resources & freedom, we are ready to fight back & get them back. No more space to rule us with your carrot or stick principle .enough is enough.

There is human tragedy going all over around us as we speak. What ever faith we follow through,we need to address those challenges to the Higher Power in order to enlighten us and give us the wisdom to be able to manage the chaos that’s going on in our world. It’s everyone’s responsibility to do so.

I think Love for one another and unconditional forgiveness might be the answer.

Let there be light, joy, and peace in the world.
